A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 25, 2016, at around 12:10, the Defendant, on the street in front of the D cafeteria located in Jeju Island, had the victim E (57 3) and had the victim's truck parkeded in the damaged area, and had the victim collected the debris (30 cm in length) which is a dangerous object in the truck partitions, and threatened the victim with the victim's property, body, and injury, as the victim gets on the truck of the victim who was parked in the damaged area.

The reason for sentencing selecting a sentence of imprisonment [the scope of recommending punishment] : (a) the mitigation area (4 months to 1 year), the mitigation area (4 months to 1 year), the person who has been specially mitigated), or considerable damage (including efforts to recover damage) is against the defendant; (b) the victim has withdrawn his/her intent to punish the defendant; and (c) the defendant has no favorable circumstances, such as that he/she has been sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the Jeju District Court on September 17, 2007; (d) two years of suspended sentence for seven months on September 5, 2012; (e) two years of suspended sentence for seven years of imprisonment with prison labor for interference with the performance of official duties at the same court on August 26, 2014; and (e) one million won of fine for an injury to the same court on July 8, 2016; and (e) several persons who have been sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a limited range of crimes including an act of violence committed several times, having been sentenced to imprisonment with the victim.
