A, H, M, N, andO shall be punished by each fine of KRW 300,00,00, Defendant B, G, J, K, K, L, P, and R, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

No teacher of a national or public school who is a State public official shall support (political activities) any specific political party or political organization for any political purpose, whatever the pretext it is, with money or materials.

In addition, anyone is prohibited from contributing any political fund in a way that is not provided for in the Political Funds Act, and anyone who intends to contribute any support fund to any political party before March 13, 2006 shall contribute any support fund to the supporters' association of the political party and shall not directly contribute any support fund to any political party. From March 13, 2006 when the supporters' association was abolished, anyone is prohibited from contributing any support fund to any political party including the form of leading the supporters' association of the political party.

1. The defendant A of the 2011 Gohap615, who was appointed as a teacher of a national or public school on September 1, 1991, and is currently serving as a teacher of a AA elementary school after he/she was appointed as a national or public school.

On or before January 13, 2003, the Defendant applied for the “Automatic Payment of Party Fee through Cmp transfer method” to AB Party (the “AD”). On or around July 26, 2006, the Defendant transferred KRW 10,000 from the Defendant’s agricultural bank account via Cmp transfer method to the AB bank account in Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, under the name of support payments, from that time until April 5, 201, the Defendant transferred KRW 675,000 in total for eight eight times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table of List of Crimes against the Defendant, from that time to April 5, 201.

In the same manner as described in the Paragraph, the sum of KRW 215,00 from July 25, 2008 to April 5, 201 provided AB as political funds and supported AB for a political purpose.

2. The defendant B, who was appointed as a teacher of a national or public school on March 25, 1985 and served as a teacher of a AE elementary school.
