On October 24, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.054% of blood alcohol concentration at around 23:20, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 3 km from the front road of Samsung Motor Vehicle located in the non-child of the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju Mine-gu, to the front road of the Samsung Motor Vehicle located in the Samsung Motor Vehicle.
