Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2014, the Defendant was a person engaging in driving B car II, and was under the influence of alcohol content 0.173% on blood alcohol level around 23:00 on June 13, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately 100 meters from the roads front of the instant non-child in the Gwangju Mine-gu to the four-frequency road located in the non-child in the Gwangju Mine-gu.
