1. The administrator of inherited property of Defendant B, C, D, E, G, G, K, L, M, N, P, Q, R, T, U, and netV is Gangwon to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The judgment on the claim against the administrator of the defendant B, C, D, E, G, G, K, L, M, N, P, Q, Q, R, T, U, and netV
A. 1) The Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s 20628 square meters of Gangseo-gu, Yangwon-gun (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
(2) On July 23, 1985, the Defendant G made a registration of preservation of ownership for each one-six portion of the instant real estate on December 10, 2014, with respect to the one-six portion of the instant real estate owned by Nonparty X, Nonparty X, the network Y, the network AB, the network AB, and the Defendant E respectively. (2) on November 8, 1991, the entire registration of transfer of ownership for the one-six portion of the instant real estate was completed.
3) On September 10, 1986, Non-Party X died and became the heir of Non-Party AC, Non-Party AD, Defendant B, and C, the spouse, and Non-Party AC died on December 25, 2007. Non-Party AD died on May 18, 2014 and became the heir of Defendant D, F, H, I, I, and J, each of whom was the child. Among the instant real estate, the shares of Defendant B were 40/510, Defendant C, and the shares of Defendant D, F, H, I, and J, 3/510, respectively.
B) On October 16, 1989, Non-Party Y died and became the heir of Non-Party V, Defendant K, L, and M, who is the spouse. Non-Party V died on November 6, 1992 and became the administrator of inherited property. Among the real estate in this case, Non-Party V succeeded to Non-Party 6/102 shares, Defendant K 1/102 shares, Defendant L L 6/102 shares, Defendant M 4/102 shares, and Defendant M 4/102 shares, respectively. C) Non-Party Y died on September 20, 1985, and became the heir of Non-Party Y, who is the spouse, Non-Party Y, Non-Party Y died on the death of Non-Party Y and his child, and Non-Party Y was the heir of Defendant NF on the death of Non-Party Y on the part of Non-Party 1, the deceased Non-Party 1, the deceased Non-Party 98.
