1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,124,208 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 1, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 14 (including paper numbers), the plaintiff was employed by the defendant and provided labor from March 1, 2010 to October 17, 2015, and the defendant did not pay to the plaintiff KRW 1,145,83 won for annual leave leave pay in 2012, KRW 1,222,222 for annual leave leave pay in 2013, KRW 1,222, and annual leave leave pay in 2014.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff a total of KRW 21,124,208 (=1,145,833 won, KRW 1,222,222 won, KRW 1,2222, KRW 1,298, KRW 611 won, KRW 16,235,320) and interest for arrears calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as prescribed by the Labor Standards Act from November 1, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
