Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From July 9, 192, the Defendant, as the representative of D in Busan-gun C, was engaged in the transportation brokerage service to introduce the freight delivery from the general company to the shipping agent upon receiving a request from the general company.

1. On September 1, 201, the Defendant collected KRW 1,855,00 from the D office operated by the Defendant in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, for the sake of F, etc., the Defendant, who is a shipping agent, and was in custody for the victim for personal purposes, such as insurance premium, etc. around that time, and used at his/her own discretion during the period from around March 12, 201 to around March 12, 201, and embezzled KRW 9,310,000 in total by using the same method while keeping the freight fee owned by the victim for seven times in total as shown in the attached list 1 of crimes.

2. At the end of November 2011, the Defendant: (a) collected the freight charge of KRW 1,960,000, which is the freight for the transport of the freight by the victim G for H et al.; and (b) used the freight fee of KRW 12,715,00 for personal purposes, such as insurance premium, etc. around that time; (c) during the period from around that time to March 28, 201, the Defendant arbitrarily used the freight fee of KRW 12,715,00 by the same method while keeping the freight fee of the victim for five times in total, as shown in the attached Table 2, as in the list of crimes.

3. At the above D office on August 2, 2009, the Defendant collected 75,000,000 freight charges, which are the freight charges for the freight transported by the above G, “I,” etc. for the purpose of “I,” and paid 70,000,000 among them to the above G, and used 5,000,000 won for personal purposes around that time.

In addition, the Defendant’s freight rates from the time to March 28, 2012, as described in attached Tables 3 and 4, are 18 times in total.
