Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving freight B.

The driver of any motor vehicle shall not change course when it is likely to impede the normal traffic of other motor vehicles running in the direction to which he/she intends to change his/her route. Nevertheless, the defendant driving the motor vehicle above around May 23, 2017, while driving a two-lane between the three-lane road in the direction to the opposite side of the water basin in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, while changing his/her route to the three-lane road in front of Seoul, and hindering the normal traffic of other motor vehicles.
