Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person driving a rocketing car.

On March 18, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 10:18, and entered the road near the E Hospital located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu to a big road after the right ofpass and changed the course.

In such cases, when the driver of any motor vehicle intends to change course of the motor vehicle, he/she shall not change course when it is likely to impede normal traffic of other motor vehicles running in the direction of the change.

As a result, it has interfered with the normal passage of other vehicles that passed to the place.
