1. Defendant B Co., Ltd. shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 1,250,00,000 as well as its annual interest from January 1, 201 to October 24, 2013.
Reasons
In light of the above legal principles, the court below erred by misapprehending the legal principles as to the project owner’s duty of care, and by misapprehending the legal principles as to the project owner’s duty of care, as otherwise alleged in the ground of appeal.
