Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B rocketing motor vehicles in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).
On September 23, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car on the front road C in front of the Manan-gu Seoul at the time of Ansan-gu around September 23, 2020, from the front section of the law school to the front section of the law school.
At the time, other vehicles in the signal waiting are stopped at night and at the front door of the defendant, so in such a case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to properly operate the steering and steering system well and to safely proceed by controlling speed in advance.
