A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 03:40 on October 31, 2017, the Defendant driven a coo vehicle into E in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.185% from the 4km section from the road near the Seocheon-dong, Seocheon-dong, Busan to the front day of the D cafeteria located in the Seocheon-gu, Busan.

2. On October 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 03:40 on October 31, 2017, performed official duties; and (b) snicking from a slope G belonging to the Busananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananana

“A serious crime of drinking and driving,” who is asked, assaulted by balping the balth of the above G when “a serious crime of drinking and driving.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on 112 report processing work.
