The Defendant and C and D jointly committed a real estate sale contract (one business contract) with the Defendant purchased KRW 52,00,000,000,000,000, and requested C to offer a loan for housing purchase, and C shall request D to offer one of the title holders of the loan, and D shall invite D to offer the loan outside of the instant case F (34,00), and D shall prepare a false certificate of employment and a collection receipt of earned income, and arrange C to receive KRW 7,00,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, which is less than the actual transaction amount under the name of F, the Defendant purchased the real estate in the name of F, which was purchased by the Defendant, through a certified judicial scrivener G, and filed an application for the above loan for a loan for housing purchase with the Korea Coast Bank at the location of the victim Gun, Dong-dong branch around November 27, 2009.

Defendant, C, and D submitted the above real estate transaction contract (one-name business contract) and market price confirmation, false employment certificate, and employment income collection receipt, etc. prepared by the above F to the person in charge of the above bank loan as the victim, and applied for the above loan amount of KRW 68 million.
