1. The Defendants:

A. As to the Plaintiff’s share of 1/2 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 4, 1.

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship 1) The Plaintiff is the deceased E (Death on June 6, 2013, hereinafter “the deceased”).

(2) Around August 1987, the deceased was divorced from his spouse on the grounds of depression, etc., and the plaintiff was living under the plaintiff's care, such as the plaintiff's desire to work in the Hongcheon area where the plaintiff was living and the bath for the operation of the plaintiff, and the plaintiff managed the economic activities of the deceased from around that time.

B. The ownership title of each real estate listed in the separate sheet 1) the land listed in Paragraph 1 of the Attached List 1 that was owned by D (hereinafter “instant real estate 1”).

(ii) On April 18, 1997, the building prior to the extension was extended to 31.4 square meters in Chocheon Dokbro collective housing (the building listed in attached Table 3; hereinafter “the third real estate”). On December 10, 2003, the indication of the building prior to the extension of the deceased’s name was changed on December 10, 200, and the indication was deleted on the grounds of the loss or destruction of the building prior to the extension on the same day, and only the third real estate in the name of the deceased was left on the register.

3) Meanwhile, on the ground of each of the instant real estate Nos. 1 and 2, the building listed in attached Table No. 4 (hereinafter “instant real estate No. 4”).

(iv) At the Hongcheon District Court on November 2003, the registration of preservation of ownership in the deceased’s name was made on December 10, 2003 by Hongcheon District Court No. 21920, receipt on December 10, 2003.
