A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) was a person engaging in driving a Bsch Rexroth car, and on October 27, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive it normally due to influence of drinking due to the influence of drinking, such as drinking, such as driving of a red, solid, and heavy heavy snow, and driving it at least 10km in speed from the direction of the entrance of Gangseo-gu Office in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, such as a four-lane road.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to influence of alcohol, and suffered injury, such as d (25 years of age) and the victim F (33 years of age), who is the driver of the damaged vehicle, due to the said accident, for about two weeks of medical treatment.

2. On June 4, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of one million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the support of the Daejeon District Court of Daejeon District on June 4, 2010.

Nevertheless, at around 00:55 on October 27, 2019, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, driven the said car from approximately 2 km to the front of the instant restaurant in the vicinity of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Makdong to the front of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, while driving the said car.
