A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On March 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 10:53 on March 26, 2019, at the 11116-dong branch of a corporate bank, located in the city of Busan, the Defendant purchased the Rophone by means of advertising to make a report; (b) to have the psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug’s Mesocloid (hereinafter “Meclphone”); and (c) to have the Mecloid’s bank account (Account Number: C) with B’s corporate bank account (Account Number) that is used to sell the Meclopon; and (d) around that time, the Defendant purchased the locopon by means of bringing about approximately KRW 10,000 of the locopon, which is placed in the address in the city of Busan.

B. On June 1, 2019, the Defendant purchased a philopon by means of bringing about approximately 1g of a philopon in the address gap in Busan Dong-gu, and then bringing about about approximately 650,000 of a philopon in the name of G Bank account (Account Number:H) in the name of F used by the winners of the names in the above methods to trade philopon.

C. On August 2019, the J bank’s written branch office located in Busan J bank I, which was located in Busan J bank I, transferred KRW 400,000 to the non-bank account used for the sale of phiphones, and around that time, purchased phiphones by means of bringing about approximately 0.5g of phiphones located in the address in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Busan.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones over three times.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 12:30 March 26, 2019, the Defendant parked in a factory near the L Station located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, using a disposable injection device by melting the volume of the philophone purchased, as described in paragraph 1’s (a) into water.
