A Imprisonment with prison labor of two years and six months, Defendant B's imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, Defendant C with prison labor of one year and one year, and Defendant D.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 3, 1980, Defendant A was employed as an engineer of the production department of AB Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “AB”) (hereinafter “AB”) which is a telegraph of the victimized company (hereinafter “AB”), and Defendant A was employed as the director of the design division, the director of the technical research institute, the director of the technical research institute, and technical director of the said company.

Around March 2007, after he/she takes office as a representative director of AA, he/she retires from office on November 30, 2007. Around December 7, 2007, he/she is a person who establishes N (hereinafter referred to as “N”) a competitor of a victimized company established for the purpose of technical services and trade business on December 7, 2007 and works as a representative director.

Defendant

B shall be the head of AA's technical research institute and the head of the first team of technical research institute after being employed as a researcher of AB's technical research institute on March 1, 1990.

A director who retires on December 30, 2007 and retires from N on January 1, 2008 is a director.

Defendant

C shall be in charge of the engine design work while serving as the two team leader of the AA Technical Research Institute after being employed as a researcher of the AB on March 1, 1990.

A person who retired on January 31, 2008 and resigned from N on February 1, 2008 and serves as the head of a department.

Defendant

D is employed as a researcher of AB on March 16, 1994, and the director of the two team division of AA's Technical Research Institute shall be in charge of the Oban engine test and test.

A person who retired on February 22, 2008 and resigned from N on March 1, 2008 and serves as a vice head.

E is employed as a researcher of AB's technical research institute on January 1, 1996 and the director of the quality management team of AA's technical research institute is in charge of performing Obba engines.

A person who retires on May 16, 2008 and retires from N on January 1, 2009 and serves as a vice head.

F is employed as a researcher of the AB on July 19, 199 and is employed as a 2 team leader of the AA Technical Research Institute after being employed as a researcher of the AB on July 19, 199.

On October 31, 2007, retirement from office was made on February 11, 2008 and the director of division works as N on February 11, 2008.
