1. Defendant E is the year from November 20, 2014 to January 20, 2016 to Plaintiff C Co., Ltd.

1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiff A is each representative director of Plaintiff C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff C”) and Plaintiff D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff D”), who operates gas charging stations, such as G charging stations and H charging stations, as individual business entities. Plaintiff B is a joint business entity of G charging stations. Defendant B is a joint business entity of Plaintiff B, Defendant E is a person in charge of managing the branch offices of G charging stations, J filling stations, and K charging stations operated by Plaintiff C, and Plaintiff D. Defendant F is a director in charge of funding the Plaintiffs’ financial affairs, and the Defendants are couples.

B. On September 13, 2010, the Plaintiffs: (a) received KRW 150,00,00, such as gift certificates, rent, goods sales expenses, and automatic rent-use expenses incurred by Defendant E in his/her office; (b) did not deposit at the head office; (c) embezzled by using the said temporary holiday members for personal purposes; and (d) embezzled KRW 24,929,50 over 31 times until the end of February 2013; and (c) attached the Plaintiff D’s K charging Station’s operating expenses to the Defendant’s personal credit card operating expenses during his/her business use; and (d) embezzled KRW 119,00 in his/her account for personal purposes; and (e) embezzled KRW 68,608,50 for a total amount of money deposited in the Plaintiff’s account for personal purposes until December 14, 2011; and (e) embezzled by 30,000,000 won to the Defendant’s private deposit account under the name of 30.5.

In addition, on October 30, 201, the plaintiffs, at the office of the headquarters of plaintiffs D on October 30, 201, operate expenses with personal credit cards while the plaintiff D's operation expenses are kept for business purposes.
