Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2012, the Defendant is a person appointed by the head of the D entrusted business management team operating the Lebts and Csports Center from that time to September 17, 2013, who was engaged in the management affairs of the Lebts and Csports Center for D by September 17, 2013.

1. On July 14, 2013, the Defendant embezzled KRW 1,157,00 for occupational embezzlement of KRW 1,157,00,00 from the users of the said Lests in North Korea-gu, Busan, by obtaining a total of KRW 605,00 per day from the users of the said Lests in North Korea-gu, Busan, and embezzled 49,50,000 among them for personal purposes and embezzled them for the victim D, from that time until August 6, 2013, as shown in the list of crimes in the separate list of crimes.

2. On September 2012, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 1 million from G, who is the user of the said sports center at the Csports Center located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, under the name of “user fee from September 2012 to December 2012; (b) embezzled it for personal use or at will by using the C Sports Center’s meeting expenses, etc.; (c) around the early December 2012, the Defendant embezzled it by using KRW 1,80,000 from the said G as user fee from the said G; and (d) used it for personal use or at will, during the course of performing his/her duties, by using it as user fee from the said C Sports Center’s employees from September 2012 to December 31, 2013; and (e) used it as user fee from the said G to the said 300,000 won for personal use or at will, and embezzled it from the said 300,01 to June 231, 2013.

3. On January 26, 2010, the Defendant: (a) forged private documents; and (b) the use of a falsified private document was D. located in Busan Dong-gu.
