A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

From the beginning of July 2014, the Defendant used the fact that the Defendant Da (mast, 49 years of age) who was a woman with sexual intercourse between her husband and her female, and her sexual intercourse between about two years, with the intent to receive money.

1. On March 11, 2017, at around 22:45, the Defendant sent a mobile phone text message “at least three million won to the inside of the day” to the victim at the E restaurant located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and sent it hotly.

On March 12, 2017, the Defendant received two million won from a person who suffered from fright drinking, at around 19:39, from a single bank account (F) in the Defendant’s wife name.

Accordingly, the defendant received property by threatening the victim.

2. On March 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) sent to the victim a mobile phone text message stating “at least three million won until the time it was deposited; (b) thereafter, it will go back to the 3 million won at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around March 15, 2017; and (c) put the victim into hot spring.”

The defendant attempted to receive property from a person suffering from frighten damage, but the victim did not respond to it and did not commit such act.

3. A person who attempted to commit suicide on March 16, 2017.

A. On March 16, 2017, at the places indicated in paragraph 1, around 09:23, the Defendant, at around 09:23, talked with the victim “I wish to send three million won to the victim.”

The message of the mobile phone text “ was sent to put it hot.”

The defendant attempted to receive property from a person suffering from frighten damage, but the victim did not respond to it and did not commit such act.

B. On March 16, 2017, at the place indicated in paragraph 1, around 13:48 around 16, 2017, the Defendant was going to 3:00 square meters with the victim’s “Ig to do so.”

The documentary document shall be written in written form.

The message of the mobile phone text “ was sent to put it hot.”

The defendant, who intends to receive property from a person who suffers from frighten damage, was trying to receive property.
