1. Defendants A and C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months, by imprisonment with prison labor for Defendants B, and by fine for Defendant D Co., Ltd. in KRW 10,000,000.

A In the operation of Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “D”), Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “D”) manages overall tasks such as supervision and supervision of employees, purchase of raw materials, and manufacture and sale. Defendant C is a manager in charge of manufacturing a factory (general) manufacturing finished milk by refining the raw milk maintained for food. Defendant B is a manager in charge of manufacturing finished products by mixing the equipment maintenance and repair of D and raw materials.

Defendant B continues to be aware of the above manufacturing process, and such a conflict is made by Defendant C.
