Punishment of the crime

Defendant B, a person operating food maintenance and distribution company with the trade name “S” in the Daegu-S Month, includes purchasing 70 boxes from A around January 9, 2012 from A in 8,40,000 won (1.8 litress, 1.8 litres, 12 bottles, 200,000 won, by mixing them with 40% of the base oil, 40% of the base oil, 40% of the base oil, and 20% of the base oil.
