A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be returned to the victim's name unrefilled person.

Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court, and on December 5, 2014, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center.

1.
