A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of ten months and a fine of one hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

Of the facts charged in the instant case, each intimidation and insult against the victim B was decided on October 23, 2020 according to the prosecutor’s revocation of prosecution.

From November 19, 2018, the Defendant leased and resided in Busan, the 1st floor C, and the 1st floor D, which was managed by B (the age of 65) from November 19, 2018, and the victim H (the age of 60) was living in the 1st floor E, and the 1st floor G of the above building.

1. Intimidation;

On February 25, 2020, around 13:30 on February 25, 2020, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s residence building, carried out a registered mail sent to the Defendant by the victim M(50 years of age) who is a source of gathering that manages nearby postal items, with a postal item containing the following contents: “Preparation for Murder”, “Chhhhhhhhhhh”, and “M fine 3,000” attached thereto.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim.

2. On January 2020, the Defendant damaged the property by causing food waste to the front of the victim F’s residence in the above building No. 1, 2020, without any particular reason, and thereby undermining the utility of the victim’s gate that the market price managed by the victim.

3. The defendant violates the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act;
