1. On October 10, 2014, the Defendant, at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy’s influorial room located in Busan, Nam-gu, Busan, stating that “The sales of KON 5 mobile phones are sold” on the Internet BC bulletin board, and that “the first remittance of money is made to the victim C.”

However, there was no idea to send the goods promised even if they receive money from the injured party.

On October 10, 2014, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 235,000 won from the D Bank E account under the name of the Defendant as the price for goods.

2. On November 1, 2014, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant would send money first to the victim F,” on the Internet BC bulletin board, stating that “The Defendant would send money to the Plaintiff.”

However, there was no idea to send the goods promised even if they receive money from the injured party.

On November 1, 2014, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, was given KRW 100,000 to the H account in the name of the Defendant’s H account under the name of G union as the price for goods.

On September 13, 2014, the Defendant, “2016 High 18, 2016,” posted an article to I using smartphones sales, i.e., the Defendant sent the article to the victim who had contacted to purchase the article to transfer the sales money to the victim.

However, even if the goods are sold, there was no intention or ability to sell the goods.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 380,000 won from the damaged person to K under the name of the J Union account under the name of the Defendant, as well as by deceiving the victim, he received the total sum of KRW 1,160,000 on four occasions, such as the list of crimes added thereto.
