1. Basic facts

2. Determination on the main claim

A. Party’s assertion 1) The land No. 1 was K owned. On March 25, 1972, the Defendant sold it to the Defendant, and on March 25, 1972, the part of the land No. 1, 2, 13, 14, 10, 11, 12, and 1 of the attached table No. 2, 3, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 8, 9, 10, 14, 13, and 90 square meters of the attached table No. 1 (a) of the ship connected each point in sequence to the Defendant was sold to the Plaintiff.
