A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 200 hours.

Punishment of the crime

In light of facts acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by this court, the facts charged were corrected or revised to the extent that it does not disadvantage the defendant's exercise of his/her right to defense.

The defendant is a three-way relationship with a victim B (a family name, a female life, a birth in 2001).

In addition, the victim has a very low intellectual ability (I Q 53) compared to that of the future and has a lack of ability to make a self-determination by falling under the level of mental retardation, and there was no proper protection from the parent, and there was a character of complying with the beta in each subparagraph.

The Defendant, taking advantage of the above nature of the victim, intended to be aware of the name of the victim, such as selling food that the victim is good, and had sexual intercourse with the victim.

1. On January 2014, the Defendant contacted the victim (at that time, he was 13 years of age) to have the victim drink at the studio of the defendant in Gunsan-si, so that the victim can drink the studio of the defendant in Gunsan-si. 3. The Defendant parked a passenger car in the vicinity of E in Gunsan-si D around New Year's Day on April 2015, and is seated at the steering place.
