A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person working for a person who commits a crime in the C Taekwondo ground in Ulsan-gun B, Ulsan-gun, and the victim D (in women, 11 years old) is a member of the above Taekwondo ground.

피고인은 범행 당시 피해자를 약 1년 동안 지도한 사범으로 피해자가 초등학교 6학년으로 만 13세 미만의 미성년자임을 알고 있었고, 2019. 8. 초순경 피고인을 따르는 피해자를 데리고 영화를 보여주고 밥을 사주는 등 호의를 보여 피해자와 친해진 후 피해자에게 ‘나랑 사귈래 ’라고 말하여 피해자에게 연인관계로 지내기로 하였다.

1. Preparation of, rape in a minor;

A. On August 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) took the victim’s clothes from the victim’s clothes to the mutual influence in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; and (b) took the victim’s clothes from the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim’s sexual intercourse by inserting the victim’s sexual organ into the part of the victim.

B. At around 14:00 on September 7, 2019, the Defendant met the victim at the bus stops located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., Ulsan-do, and, at the same time, wanting to look at another person’s snow, and going the victim to the near and incompetence, placed the victim on the bed, lying the victim on the bed, cut off the victim’s chest and sound part, cut off the victim’s clothes, and had sexual intercourse by inserting his sexual organ into the part of the victim.

The Defendant, at around 14:00 to 15:00 on September 14, 2019, was the victim of a bus stop located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, with the victim’s contact or “I wish to have it difficult to see another person’s snow, I want to do so,” and the victim was the victim of a nearby mutual incompetence.
