1. The Defendants are to the Plaintiff:

A. Of the three-story buildings of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D ground reinforced concrete and slive slive roof.

On April 30, 2014, the Plaintiff leased 91.9 square meters of 2nd floor among the three floors of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D-based reinforced concrete brick structure and slive slive roof to the Defendants at KRW 10 million per month, and KRW 850,000 per month. The Defendants did not pay rent from July 1, 2014 to October 6, 2014, and the Defendants expressed their intent to terminate the lease to the Defendants on the grounds of overdue payment. As such, the Defendants are jointly obligated to deliver the leased object to the Plaintiff, and jointly and severally pay the Plaintiff a rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent, calculated at the rate of KRW 850,00 per month from July 1, 2014 to the above delivery date.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified.
