The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The Defendant was awarded a subcontract for a new E-construction project which the said company received from D, the main owner of the construction work of the C-listed Company.

Although the defendant must carry out the new construction on his own responsibility, without obtaining the consent of the above company for the convenience of the progress of the construction, he thought to use the F's seal impression of the representative director of the above company.

A. (1) On July 2, 2009, when entering into a subcontract agreement for the installation of steel frame and panel supply at the office of Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government G Co., Ltd. for the construction work of H representative I and E, the above F's seal impression which was previously held by the owner column of the contract for the construction work, and (2) around August 2009, after entering into a subcontract for the construction work of the above E's new construction work with the defendant in French L and the above new construction work, the J, who was re-subcontracted by the defendant, made the above construction work to enter into the subcontract for the electrical construction of the above new construction work with the defendant, had the above F's seal imprint which was made by the owner of the contract for the construction work and the F's seal imprint which was owned by the owner of the construction work, (3) had the owner of the above F's seal imprint which was requested by the representative director of the construction work and the F's seal imprint which had the owner's seal imprint under his name and each of the above NF's seal imprint's name.

B. The above events (1) of the above investigation document

(1) at the time and place as described in subsection (1) of this section, deliver to the above I any forged contract of construction as if it was a document duly formed, and exercise it (2) above.
