1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The defendant's status, etc. 1) The defendant is specified only as a parcel number when referring to the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J, K, L, M, N,O, P, and Q land (hereinafter referred to as "each land of this case"). Co-owners of the instant apartment complex and the sectional owners of the instant apartment complex were sharing J, M, N,O, P, and Q land among each land of this case. (B) The instant apartment complex development master plan was completed 1) on August 21, 1976 and the AA apartment zone to which the instant apartment complex and the instant commercial building belong was designated and published as the apartment zone pursuant to Article 18 of the former Urban Planning Act (amended by Act No. 2988, Dec. 31, 1976) and Article 16 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act (amended by Act No. 2988, Dec. 31, 197) and the AA apartment zone development master plan was formulated and approved on March 29, 197.
