1. The defendant was authorized by the head of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on November 27, 2015 and publicly notified on December 4, 2015.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The defendant is entitled to the status of the parties in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I land (hereinafter referred to as "each land") in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, D, E, F, H, and I land. When referring to each land, each of the above land shall be specified as the parcel number.

On September 22, 2003, the head of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “Gangnam-gu head of Gangnam-gu”) shall be the head of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “the head of Gangnam-gu”).

(2) The Plaintiffs are co-owners of A apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) located within the said project zone, and the Intervenor’s Intervenors are co-owners of A upper family (hereinafter “instant shopping building”) located within the part (E and part of H land) excluded from the said project zone among each of the instant land.

B. 1) The J apartment district to which the apartment complex and commercial building of this case belong was designated and publicly announced as an apartment district under Article 18 of the former Urban Planning Act (amended by Act No. 2988 of Dec. 31, 1976) and Article 16 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act on Aug. 21, 1976 (Public Notification K of the Construction Division), and after the establishment of the J apartment district development master plan, the construction division was approved on Mar. 29, 197 (L. 2) on July 5, 1983, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Mayor Public Notification N of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City on Mar. 8, 190, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Public Notification of the Master Plan on Jun. 25, 199; the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Public Notification of the P apartment district on Jan. 2, 199; the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Public Notification on Feb. 25, 2009>
