Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special intimidation in Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch on January 25, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 8, 2017.

At around 06:00 on May 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid off Samsung 550,000,000 from the D’s 2nd floor located in Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan, without any justifiable reason, at the market price managed by the victim E, for a set of 3.5 million won in a household; and (b) broken off the said TV at the right edge of the said TV.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.
