Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2014, around 02:05, the Defendant was suffering from a wall at the waiting room of the guardian in the emergency room in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, 1141-8 Acheon Hospital, and without any justifiable reason, under the influence of alcohol.
