Criminal facts
1. Defendant A
A. Habitual gambling, along with L, J, K, F, and E, from April 1, 2017 to April 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received four card using 52 card from N’s house located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; and (b) received three times a new card through three times, and then received money up to half the card at the last time; and (c) in accordance with the number and shape of four pages of the card, the Defendant determined the book value and 20-3 million won per time, with the word “Ba” in the name of “Ba,” as shown in attached Form 1, 2, 8, 11, and 13, as the one-time list of crimes (1), and then 5 times as the one-time one-time period is repeated.
B. On April 3, 2017, the Defendant was in a relationship in which L/K et al. lost all the money while L/K et al. al. am for gambling at L’s office.
N through lending KRW 1 million to K with gambling funds, aiding and abetting K's gambling and aiding and abetting gambling five times as shown in the attached list of crimes (2).

Around 22:00 on April 5, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the “P” office located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, as a matter of the amount of money lent to the victim from the victim K (63 Dop) and gambling board, with both hand, in which the victim’s breath was sphered, and sphered, and sphered the victim’s ebbbbage, and sphered the victim’s ebbbage on the P road, and sphered the victim’s ebbbbbb
2. On October 25, 2016, Defendant B, with four male men Q and French, she habitually gambling eight times as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1) Nos. 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 13, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).
3. The Defendant C, along with one male male in E, B, and B, extended eight times habitually, as described in the attached Table (1) No. 6 to 13, on September 20, 2016, in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, for about eight hours, a Baduk was gambling.
