1. The plaintiff's appeal as to the main claim is dismissed.
2. Preliminary. Change in exchange at the end of the political party.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the party is a clan that is the 25 years of age D's 25 years of age of CC, and the net F (hereinafter "F") was the representative of the plaintiff with the defendant's reference, and the defendant is the F's son's son's son's son's son's son.
B. 1) The ownership transfer registration of each of the lands listed in paragraph (1) of the annexed list No. 1 was completed on March 21, 1975 with respect to the land listed in paragraph (1) of the annexed list No. 17052 as of March 5, 1972 as of March 21, 1975, with respect to the land listed in paragraph (2) of the attached list No. 18862 as of May 27, 1994 as of January 7, 1994, with respect to the land listed in paragraph (3) of the same list No. 3 as of March 30, 1979 as of March 30, 1979, as of March 5, 1972, each of the ownership transfer registration was completed on the land listed in paragraph (1) of the same list as of March 1, 1960 as of March 11, 2012.
C. The ownership relation and division relation of the pertinent land were divided into H land on March 19, 1979 from the former Cheongju-gu G forest in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and on November 20, 1981, the first land was divided. Of these, the said H land was converted into registration conversion on May 26, 199; 2) from the former Cheongju-gu J land in Chungcheongnam-gu, the land was divided into K on March 19, 1979, and the land was divided into L land and M land on April 9, 1986, and the N land was divided on April 15, 1986.
Among them, the above O land was subject to registration conversion with Plux 377 square meters, and the above K land was subject to registration conversion with land listed in attached Table 2 on May 26, 1999.
3) From the above Q Q land on December 20, 1967, the land listed in paragraph (3) of the annexed Table was subject to registration conversion. 4) As to the divided land of 51,658 square meters in the name of “F” on March 21, 1979, the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of “F” with respect to the area of 51,658 square meters in Cheongju-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City. On June 21, 1996, part of the shares was completed in the name of R, a private village of F.
Afterward, the plaintiff on December 31, 2003 with respect to the above G forest.
