1. The plaintiff's claim for cancellation of registration of ownership transfer due to subrogation of creditor among lawsuits against the defendant B, C, D, and E.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant B, C, D, and E’s relationship between the Plaintiff and the deceased G (Death on April 20, 2015) are married, and the Defendant B (the name was changed to B by marriage with I who is a citizen of the United States in H, or the United States, and the name was changed to B), C, D, and E (hereinafter the above Defendant 4’s children) are children of the Plaintiff and the deceased G.

B. The above K land is if only the parcel number is indicated without any separate indication in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K (hereinafter referred to as “K”), which was registered as Defendant F, as to the land of J 496 square meters and the building of this case.

(2) As seen above, the building indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 2 in the annexed Table No. 2 (hereinafter “instant building”) was re-merged with M 21m2 after the annexation of both land and land of J 178m2 and land of 318m2 on both sides.

As to Defendant’s children, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on March 9, 1993 by the Seoul Central District Court’s registration No. 6884, which was received on March 9, 1993, and on March 9, 1993. (2) The land of J 178 square meters and land of L 318 square meters was combined on December 13, 1996, and J 496 square meters.

C. From December 26, 1994, with respect to the land N205 square meters owned by the deceased G, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on October 28, 1998 as the receipt No. 34347 on October 28, 1998 by the Seoul Central District Court registration No. 34347, Oct. 28, 1998; 2) the land N205 square meters was divided into N184 square meters and M 21 square meters into N184 square meters and M 21 square meters, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on December 1998 by the Seoul Central District Court registration No. 45679, Dec. 19, 198 with respect to the land owned by the deceased G.

J 1) On December 29, 1998, J 496 square meters of land and M21 square meters of land and M-M-M-M 21 square meters of land are combined, and land (J 517 square meters of land) listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table was combined.
