A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2007, the Defendant was punished by a fine of KRW 3 million due to a violation of traffic laws (drinking driving), etc. at the Daegu District Court on the road on October 2, 2007, and on January 28, 2010, the Defendant was punished by a fine of KRW 2 million due to a violation of traffic laws (drinking driving) at the same court on the road at least two occasions.
