1. The defendant
(a) order the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. From August 10, 2016:

Reasons
1. On December 8, 2015, the Plaintiff leased the buildings listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant from December 10, 2015 to December 9, 2017, the lease period of KRW 20 million, KRW 1,430,00 (including additional tax, and payment in advance on the 10th day of each month), and the Defendant did not pay rent from August 10, 2016, and the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the termination of the lease on the grounds of overdue payment as of February 9, 2017, it may be recognized by the evidence under subparagraph 1, evidence under subparagraph 2-1, and 2.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to issue an order to the Plaintiff as to the attached list, and to pay rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to rent, calculated at the rate of KRW 1,430,00 per month from August 10, 2016 to the completion of the name of the above building.
2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
