1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,090,210 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 12, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation established under the Korea Electric Power Corporation Act to operate the development, development, transmission, distribution, and related businesses of electric resources. The Defendant is a corporation that runs the maritime transport business, the fishery business, the deep sea and the coastal fishing business.

B. On December 24, 2013, the Defendant’s local fishery product hub distribution center operator and subsidies granted to the Defendant.
