1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B Co., Ltd. shall be 66,605,90 won and the year from May 22, 2018 to April 17, 2019.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the party is that the company, Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”), E, F, G, H, H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.,” collectively referred to as “each of these companies and Defendant Co., Ltd., and the part of “Co., Ltd.,” is omitted) that newly built and sold D apartment units 14 and 764 households at two weeks at two cities (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”), guaranteed the warranty liability for the apartment units of this case from the Plaintiff.
B. The Plaintiff entered into a contract for new apartment construction and a contract for the repair of defects in the instant apartment construction) on April 30, 2009 among the new apartment construction works, and the contract for the F and the Unclaimed construction works, July 8, 2009, the contract for the I and the ancillary civil construction works, September 25, 2009, the contract for H and the steel hold construction works, the contract for E on November 10, 2009, and the contract for metal/AL hold works with the Defendant Company on November 26, 2009, and the contract for the works for landscaping planting and landscaping facilities on January 22, 2010 (each of the above contracts is collectively referred to as the “each of the instant contracts”).
2) Each of the instant apartments entered into a contract (hereinafter “each of the instant contracts”) with the Defendant Union and the insured as the Plaintiff to guarantee the repair of defects of each of the instant apartments under each of the instant contracts (hereinafter “each of the instant contracts”) as indicated below.
[mark] The details of issuance of the performance guarantee insurance policy are as follows: (a) the amount guaranteed for the main contract for the guarantee period of the contractor No. 32,782,206 EK from August 1, 201 to August 30, 201, to August 31, 201; (b) the amount guaranteed for the main contract for the guarantee period of the contractor No. 32,782,206 EK from September 1, 201 to August 31, 2012; (c) metal/AL No. 24,087, 3153 F L L L L on September 1, 201 to August 31, 2011.
