1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to Defendant Myun (Seoul) Special Metropolitan City Construction Industry Co., Ltd., Ltd., 189,554,778 won and KRW 81,700,559, respectively.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Korea National Housing Corporation (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Plaintiff") as the party to the lawsuit is the executor who newly constructed and sold ten or more 58 households of the 10th century, in the name of the head of the Gu, the Gu, the Seoul National Housing Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "the apartment of this case"), the defendant Han River Construction Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "the defendant Han River Construction Industry"), the defendant Green River Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "the defendant Green River"), the Dak River Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "the defendant Green River"), the Dakdong Construction Co., Ltd., the defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "the defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd.") with some of the new construction of the apartment of this case from the plaintiff, and the defendant Han River Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "the defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd.") guarantee the defect repair of the apartment of this case.
B. On October 30, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for new construction of the instant apartment and a contract for construction, machinery and civil engineering works among the construction of the instant apartment on October 30, 2007 (hereinafter “first contract”).
B) On November 14, 2008, the contract for landscaping works among the new construction works of the apartment of this case, Defendant Green L and the instant apartment of this case (hereinafter “second contract”) was entered into between Defendant Green L and Defendant Green L, and each of the above contracts was entered into.
Each contract was concluded for the guarantee period of Nos. 164, 352,00-209090-432993 on Nov. 26, 2009 to Nov. 25, 2019 (10 years) 100,487,00-200-43290 on Nov. 26, 2009 to Nov. 26, 2009 to Nov. 25, 2014 (5) 164, 352,003,00-310-209 to Nov. 26, 2009 to Nov. 25, 2014; and (5) 164,352,000 to Mar. 10-200-209 to Apr. 16, 2004 to 205; and (4) 16, 2014 to Nov. 24, 2015
