Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The criminal facts were partly corrected according to the facts recognized within the extent that does not actually disadvantage the defendant's exercise of his/her defense right.

On July 16, 2017, at around 15:10, the Defendant went to the country in Busan Dongdong-gu B, but he thought that he had been faced with the Defendant’s wife and wind for several years, and only the victim C, who was thought to have been faced with the Defendant’s wife and wind, “I am good, I am good, and I am good,” and the transition (21 cm in total length, 11 cm in length in knife) in the kitchen was placed on his hand, and there was an assault on the victim’s face by hand.
