A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 00:06, and (b) around 101, and (c) caused the victim C (47 tax) and the victim C (47) by any financial dispute, and (d) caused the victim’s face to the right of left of the Defendant, (e.g., the victim’s face to drinking, (c) the victim’s face to drinking, and (d) the kitchen-blade (the total length of 31cm, 20cm in length) which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen, and (e.g., the victim’s face to be included in the victim’s face.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

The crime of this case on the grounds of sentencing of Articles 258-2(1) and 257(1) of the Criminal Act relating to the crime of this case is deemed to have been committed under the influence of alcohol by drinking the victim, who is the human being of his/her will, toward the face of the victim, and thereby causing an injury to the kitchen, and the nature of the crime is highly dangerous.

However, the degree of injury suffered by the victim as a result of avoiding the crime is limited to the kitchen knife, the defendant has no record of being punished for violent crime for the past 10 years, and there is no record of being sentenced to suspended execution or more until now, and other circumstances, such as the defendant's age, sex, environment, relationship with the victim, motive, means and consequence of the crime, etc., the punishment as ordered, shall be determined by taking into account the various circumstances, which are the conditions of sentencing as shown in the records, such as the following circumstances.
