(a) As 10,00,000 won or around May 13, 1999; 11,506,506,082 11,506,082; 15,000,000,000 won or less of the subrogated amount on the date of the conclusion of a credit guarantee contract and details of credit guarantee lending by subrogation, the Defendant stated the above 15,00,00,000,000 won or less of the subrogated amount on the 15,07,00,000,000 or more of the above 31,07,00,00,000,000 or more of the 315,07,00,000,000,000,000 won or more of the subrogated amount on the 13,50,000,000 won or more of the loans, respectively; 3,013,005,013

B. The inheritance of the Defendants and C died on April 9, 2003, and the inheritor was D with Defendant A and Defendant B, and their inheritance shares are 3/7 of Defendant A, Defendant B B 2/7, and D 2/7.

C. On December 14, 2005, the plaintiff filed a claim against the defendants and D for the payment of the above principal and damages for delay against the defendants and D, and the above court on November 17, 2005, "The defendant A was served with 15% per annum from November 17, 2005 to the service date of the original copy of the payment order of this case, the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the next day to the service date of the original copy of the payment order of this case, and the amount calculated at the rate of 15,05,720 won per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, and the above amount of 12,054,68 won from November 17, 2005 to the service date of the original copy of the payment order of this case, and 15% per annum from the next day to the service date of the original copy of the payment order of this case."

Interest shall be paid on the amount of subrogated payment (cost) on the date of the performance of subrogated payment.
