A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 9, 201, the Defendant and the person subject to a request to attach an attachment order (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”) discovered that the victim D (V, 14 years of age) who was a knicker in his/her place of residence located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, was in mind of committing an indecent act against the victim by pointing out that he/she was able to commit an indecent act against the victim, putting the victim’s clothes out of the victim’s inner part, putting the victim’s fingers in hand, putting the victim’s breasts in hand, and committing an indecent act against the victim, such as committing an indecent act against the victim’s sexual intercourse.
