A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and thus is not a person handling narcotics, but is not able to handle the psychotropic drugs (one-name clopon; hereinafter referred to as “copon”).

1. 필로폰 수입 피고인은 베트남에 거주하는 성명불상의 필로폰 판매자(일명 ‘B’)와 채팅앱 ‘위챗’을 통해 연락하여 국제우편물을 통해 필로폰을 수입하기로 마음먹고, 2019. 8. 중순경 위 ‘B’에게 연락하여 필로폰을 주문하고 그 대금으로 중국화 7,000위안(한화 1,200,000원 상당)을 ‘위챗페이’를 통해 지급한 후 위 ‘B’로 하여금 2019. 8. 20.경 커피스틱 안에 필로폰 약 20.24그램을 은닉한 후 이를 우편물 상자에 넣고 수취인을 ‘A’, 수취지를 ‘서울특별시 금천구 C건물 D호’로 기재한 후 베트남에서 출발하여 인천에 도착하는 E을 통해 항공특송화물 형식으로 발송하게 함으로써 2019. 8. 21. 06:05경 인천 중구 공항로에 있는 인천공항에 위 필로폰 약 20.24그램이 도착하게 하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported phiphones from Vietnam to Korea.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. A. On August 16, 2019, the Defendant, around August 16, 2019, administered philophones once in a way of spreading approximately 0.3g of philophones on the part of the gambling site and cutting off the smokes caused by heating the buphones on the buphones.

B. Around August 17, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.3 grams of phiphonephones at the above places around August 17, 2019, in the same manner as above.
