1. Around November 8, 2013, the Defendant posted a false statement on the Internet NAVER’s access to the Internet NAVanda car page and then sent money to the victim D who visited the Defendant.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 220,000 won from the post office account under the name of the Defendant for the same day from the victim as the price for the same day, and received 3,795,300 won in total from around that time to April 13, 2014, as shown in the attached crime list, and acquired it by deceiving the victims.

2. Around March 22, 2014, the Defendant sent gift certificates to the victim E by accessing the Internet NAVVV to the Internet NAVVL, and by communicating 15,500 won to the victim by contact with the victim.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have intention or ability to sell merchandise coupons to the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 15,500 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of the Defendant for the same day as the price for merchandise coupons, and acquired it by fraud.

3. On April 10, 2014, around 11:20, the Defendant: (a) connected to the Internet NAVV Rona-ro (hereinafter referred to as the “SNA”) and expressed a letter to the effect that FF purchases a non-self-concept gift certificate; and (b) made a false statement to send money to the victim by communicating the victim.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have intention or ability to sell food merchandise coupons to the victim.

As above, the defendant deceivings the victim and belongs to it.
