A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 02:00 on June 4, 2013, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of 0.102% from the front of the death3rd road at the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, to the front road of the same Manbuk-dong, with approximately 2.5km to the same Manbuk-dong, while under the influence of alcohol.
2. At around 03:50 on June 4, 2013, the Defendant insultd the victim E, a police officer belonging to the said district police station, which was investigating the Defendant on the grounds of the above paragraph (1) in the Gyeonggi-gu Gyeonggi-gu Police Station D District, Gandong-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, and Gandong-gu, and, in the process of investigating the Defendant on the grounds of the above paragraph (1), the Defendant told the victim E, a police officer belonging to the said district police station, who was investigating the Defendant on the ground of the above paragraph (1), by speaking to the large sense that the Defendant “snicking, snicking, and snicking,”
