A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From November 2018, the Defendant was making a false statement that he was living in the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C apartment non-style defense room while working for the victim B and the foreign intercourse. Accordingly, the Defendant confirmed the copy of the register of the family room known to the Defendant, and the owner of the above family room was “D” and his mother’s name was “E”.
On January 2019, the Defendant demanded documents, such as a family relation certificate, a certified copy of the resident registration card, a certified copy of the resident registration card, a certified copy of the entry into and departure from Korea, which enables the victim to verify the identity of the Defendant.
Around January 30, 2019, at the Defendant’s residence located in Suwon-si F apartment G, the Defendant changed the family relation certificate from “I” to “J”, “K” to “E”, “Ma’s resident registration number” to “M”, and copied it from “L” to “M”, and sent it to the Defendant of the Kakao Kakao Ma, by photographing the family relation certificate reproduced around February 6, 2019.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant altered a family relation certificate under the name of the Central Control Office H of Computer Information, which is an official document, and exercised it.
B. On February 2, 2019, the alteration of the certified copy of the resident registration and the Defendant’s event indicated “child” in the part concerning “child” of the certified copy of the resident registration card against the Defendant, which was issued in the name of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, as well as in the name of the Suwon-si, which was issued in the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, as well as in the name of the head of the household, and deleted the content of “the reason and date for the formation of the household” in the part regarding “the relocation household death”.
